JOB SUMMARY:
CNA - You will be responsible for the care of others and will follow the direction of the charge nurse on duty administering direct nursing care consistent with the nursing care plan, including treatment, hygiene and monitoring vital signs, accepts assignments to all nursing departments as needed and accepts additional tasks as assigned by administrative nurses. Must have CNA Certificate. You will have the flexibility of working with various people and facilities and can work when YOU want. We offer: Top pay, Weekly pay, Flexible work to fit your schedule, Health benefits. <br>LPN - Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse the LPN performs a range of assigned nursing tasks and procedures. These include but are not limited to:<br>**Contributes to the assessment of patients by collecting data for analysis by an RN. <br>**Observes and documents patient status and reports patient condition. <br>**Administers medications and observes patients for adverse reactions to medications and/or treatments. <br>**Dresses wounds and provides personal care. <br>**Collects specimens, performs routine laboratory tests. <br>**Monitors, records and communicates patient condition as appropriate utilizing computerized documentation systems. <br>**Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required.<br>Other duties as assigned.<br>WE OFFER: Top pay, Weekly pay, Flexible shifts/days to fit YOUR busy schedule, Health benefits<br>RN - Duties include but are not limited to:<br>**Contributes to the assessment of patients by collecting data for analysis. <br>**Observes and documents patient status and reports patient condition - utilizing paper reports and/or EMR (electronic medical records).<br>**Administers medications, IV's, wound care, treatments, possible infection control.<br>**Supervise CNA's / LPN's.<br>**Daily, weekly and/or monthly assessments.<br>**Communication with doctors for patient records and updated orders.<br>**Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required.<br>Other duties as assigned.<br>WE OFFER: Top pay, Weekly pay, Flexible shifts/days to fit YOUR busy schedule, Health benefits<br>Cities / Towns in South Dakota we have regular work: Bridgewater, Salem, Lennox, Viborg. <br>*For Sioux Falls - call to find out current needs.*<br>Some facilities pay mileage and some don’t.<br>Most of our clients request CNA’s, LPN’s and RN’s are not as much of a need, but we do get them.<br>Most of our clients are nursing homes – we do staff assisted living communities and hospitals on occasion.<br>Pay range for CNA is $15 - $17.50 (depending on shift and if weekend – evenings & overnights and weekends are typically a little higher rate)<br>Pay range for LPN’s is $19 - $22<br>Pay range for RN’s is $24 - $27<br>For all positions schedule varies - Days, evenings, overnights, weekends, full time, part time.
