JOB SUMMARY:
Education Requirements:  P&amp;C License required within six months of hire.  CISR designation desired. Desired Qualifications:  <br>Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.  Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner that instills good working relationships with customers, clients, co-workers and management.  Computer proficiency with Management System, Outlook, Excel Spreadsheets, Word documents, faxing from PC and Internet search.  Establishes priorities and organizes time efficiently to ensure that tasks are completed to meet or exceed deadlines.  A minimum of 5 years of commercial lines experience desired.<br>Job Summary: <br>Provide assistance to Account Managers in the billing and processing of all new and renewal commercial business.<br>Essential Functions:  <br>1. Responsible for all invoicing and billing for new, renewal, endorsements &amp; audits of all commercial lines.<br>2. Responsible for providing any and all services required to initiate all endorsements including writing orders, updating the Agency Management System (AMS) or entering online information on the company’s management system.<br>3. Receive telephone calls, help walk-in clients and comply with their requests or questions.  Use sound judgment in referring questions to the Producer.<br>4. Process policies all the way through the workflow process with minimal assistance from the Account Manager.<br>5. Order renewal business quotes, review for accuracy and prepare proposals.  Assist in processing new and renewal policies for coverage limits, compliance with order and accuracy.  Take endorsement orders over the phone, email or fax.  Prepare templates for certificates of insurance and issue when necessary.  <br>6. Assemble applications, Loss Runs, and Loss Summary when remarketing an account is necessary.<br>7. Prepare orders and update Schedules of Insurance.  Binder bill renewal business.<br>8. Assist with producing certificates of insurance, including renewal certificates and daily requests from Insured’s.<br>9. Assist with the training of new hires.<br>10. Provide clerical preparation for new and renewal policies, including setting-up both the Insured and agency copies, verifying original order, checking company forms and coverage limits.<br>11. Process endorsements and audits when received back from companies, including checking for accuracy.  Bill endorsement or audit if needed and assemble letter to the Insured to send with endorsement or audit.<br>12. Process Auto ID Cards.<br>13. Assist in updating and creating detail in Agency Management System (AMS) or other word processing documents and Excel spreadsheets.<br>14. Reconcile account discrepancies with the various carriers.<br>15. All other duties as assigned.
