JOB SUMMARY:
Dialysis Technician performs tasks contributing to performance of maintenance dialysis for patients with end stage renal disease, under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse. <br>Dialysis experience or Nursing Assistant experience preferred. <br>Certification as Dialysis Technician from certification programs preferred including: the Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT) offered by the Nephrology Nursing Certification Commission (NNCC), the Board of Nephrology Examiners for Nursing and Technology (BONENT), or the National Nephrology Certification Organization (NNCO).
