JOB SUMMARY:
A large Sioux Falls church is seeking a Director of Facilities. This includes directing operations, maintenance and custodial activities. This includes supervising and working alongside custodial staff. Management of the annual facility budget, purchasing, event scheduling and analysis of related expenses is included. The right candidate must anticipate and eagerly work a flexible schedule to meet the organization’s needs; this includes some evening and weekend responsibilities. This position is responsible for responding to on site alarm calls within 15 minutes. <br>We prefer 5 years of custodial / maintenance experience. Experience with low-pressure boiler systems is also desired. Must be able to operate all tools and power equipment.<br>Must be able to bend, kneel, climb ladders, walk / stand for 8 hour shift, occasionally lift 75 pounds. And work indoors or outdoors.<br>We prefer 2 years of custodial supervisory experience.<br>We prefer an individual with ability to perform smaller carpentry and plumbing projects.<br>Good benefits will be discussed with those selected to interview.
