This is a career opportunity with a well defined and structured career path to management with a competitive base pay and the chance to earn incentives!  Our Banking Sales Representatives have the challenging and rewarding job of working with our customers in our branches while managing sales events, cold calling, calling on local businesses and selling company products and services outside our branches.  We are open 7 days a week and offers multiple shifts.  <br>Job Description: <br>Actively promote, sell and refer company products and services to potential customers.<br>Utilize networking and paid training to drive sales.<br>Make cold calls and participate in organized sales events.<br>Achieve challenging individual and team sales goals.<br>Spend a significant amount of time working at outside sales events.<br>Answer inquiries taught in paid training classes, regarding checking and savings accounts and other bank regulations and policies.   <br>Accurately balance daily transactions in a manner that ensures company's high standards and high level of customer service are maintained.<br>Qualifications:<br>High school diploma or GED, or currently enrolled in High School <br>Resilient attitude towards achieving challenging sales goals<br>Ability to confidently approach prospective TCF customers <br>Effective communication skills<br>Available to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays <br>Ability to perform necessary calculations and transactions<br>Must successfully complete technical training and pass test standards<br>Preferred Qualifications:<br>6 months of continuous work experience<br>Retail sales, cash handling, and customer contact experience <br>We are looking for employees who value honesty, integrity, ethical behavior, and putting The Customer First.   <br>Benefits<br>TCF Bank encourages open employee communications and promotes from within whenever possible.
