JOB SUMMARY:
Maintain / repair / renovate four apartment complexes. Duties would include basic care of the property to meet the needs of the tenants. Must have the ability to do general maintenance and have mechanical aptitude to figure out how to make repairs. Will include light appliance repairs, touch up painting, cleaning, basic plumbing, light custodial work, repair drywall, texture, repair leaky faucets, lay flooring and work through maintenance requests from tenants and other duties, as needed. Duties will also include grounds maintenance, such as mowing and snow removal. Hours mainly Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm and on call weekends. Valid driver's license and your own transportation required. Must pass pre-employment criminal background check and credit check. <br>Need experience doing a number of these tasks. Experience regarding these tasks on application or resume must be specific.<br>Start at $12 per hour with the ability to work into benefits as well as very competitive wage scale and cost of living increases.
