JOB SUMMARY:
OnTrac is a delivery company looking for a Customer Service Representative / Data Entry processor. This position is perfect for someone that loves data entry, customer service and wearing jeans to work. <br>Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm / minimal overtime on a voluntary basis<br>Job Duties: <br>Data enter daily customer billing and contractor pay <br>report status of deliveries to customers <br>answer phones and assist in customer requests <br>providing service for our critical logistics customers<br>inbounding and outbounding inventory<br>Position Requirements:<br>comprehensive knowledge of MS Office - especially Excel and Outlook <br>Proficient in e-mail communication <br>Able to lift 75 pounds <br>comfortable working in both a warehouse and office environment<br>Type at least 60 words per minute <br>Strong ability to multi task<br>Organized, attention to detail and self motivated to stay on task <br>must pass a background check and drug test
