JOB SUMMARY:

A national long-term healthcare organization is seeking a candidate to perform customer service and collections duties to help collect self pay past due accounts that are 10 - 60 days past due and provide education and customer service to residents and their families regarding paying for their care. Previous customer service or collection experience preferred, knowledge of Skilled Nursing and Senior Living billing and payment practices including third party payers like Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care and Insurance preferred. Two year degree or equivalent combination of education / work experience required. This position is located at the Society’s National Campus in Sioux Falls, SD.
