JOB SUMMARY:

A national long-term healthcare organization, is seeking an individual to help collect past due accounts and provide collection expertise to Good Samaritan Centers. Knowledge of billing cycles, accounts receivable days in revenue, collection methods, protocols and regulations, along with knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, insurance and other third party payers. Also, knowledge of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and the Fair Credit Reporting Act required. Good analytical, communication, problem solving and customer service skills along with the ability to work well with others. Two year degree or equivalent combination of education/work experience required. This position will be located at the National Campus in Sioux Falls, SD
