JOB SUMMARY:
Work as a team member on database administration and warehousing activities. Participates in the development and maintenance efforts for enterprise wide data management. <br>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:<br>•Provides database technical support to assist with the implementation, troubleshooting, and production support of high-volume and high-availability SQL server environments.<br>•Monitors the performance, security, integrity and quality of databases and associated master files; ensuring storage, archiving, backup and recovery procedures are functioning correctly; provides written database documentation.<br>•Prepares and troubleshoots moderately complex SQL scripts.<br>•Assists in identifying customers' needs and provides products and/or solutions that meet those needs.<br>•Demonstrates personal commitment to excellence in support and service to customers and other colleagues.<br>•Demonstrates customer service by responding promptly to customer needs, soliciting customer feedback for improvement and responding to requests for service and assistance.<br>•Conduct business with strict adherence to bank policies and procedures.<br>•Participates in the bank's Performance Management System.
