<br>Job Description Stryker Sustainability Solutions partners with hospitals to act more environmentally responsible and improve the quality of healthcare through more sustainable resource allocations.
<br>
<br>The Account Service Reps (ASR) primary responsibilities are to collect containers throughout the hospital OR and call on several departments within the hospital [Operating rooms, Cath Labs, Central Supply) where the used devices are disposed of in specially marked containers.
<br>
<br>The ASR follows a daily schedule of service calls to each hospital in your assigned territory. You are part of a team that provides agreed services to hospitals in this specific territory.
<br>
<br>Specific duties include:
<br>
<br>- PICK UP containers full of used/soiled surgical devices from each hospital in their territory.
<br>
<br>- PACKAGE the containers (box them up, tape, label).
<br>
<br>- SHIP those containers directly from the hospital to Stryker's reprocessing facilities.
<br>
<br>This is a physically demanding position and you must be able to lift and push boxes that weigh up to 40lbs
<br>
<br>JOB DUTIES
<br>
<br>-Ability to gather information from multiple sources and effectively communicate the information to others (within the hospital and other team members).
<br>
<br>-Computer literate and working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
<br>
<br>-Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
<br>
<br>-You must be able to work alone with no supervision.
<br>
<br>-Physically able to lift up to 40 pounds on a daily basis.
<br>
<br>-Clean driving record.
<br>
<br>-Valid drivers  license and auto insurance.
<br>
<br>-Use of your personal vehicle (drive 80-100 miles/day depending on territory).
<br>
<br>The ideal candidate will have the desire and aptitude to advance to an Account Manager role within 1-3 years
<br>
<br>Education
<br>
<br>Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or comparable.
<br>
<br>-1-2 years B2B experience preferred.
<br>
<br>-Working in a hospital environment is preferred.
<br>Percent Travel Required 25
