Join the #2 Private student lender (Source: College Board) Our Education Financial Services (EFS) team provides education financing options for students and their families. They also offer financial tools and tips to help students keep their finances on track while in school and prepare them financially for when they finish college. Responsible for completing process analysis, evaluations, and implementation of process improvements. Initiates and plans business reviews involving definition and selection of new concepts and development of new or improved processes for areas identified as inefficient or costly. Process reviews may vary in nature and may impact multiple business units across Wells Fargo. Acts as liaison to business lines to ensure new products, services and technological developments are compatible with current processes and designs. Redesigns process workflows as necessary to adapt to product, service or technology changes.
<br>Basic Qualifications: 5+ years related industry experience.
<br>Minimum Qualifications: - Strong analytical and decision making skills - Ability to work on multiple projects/tasks and manage workload to meet deadline - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Must have well developed interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively in a collaborative working environment - Ability to effectively present information and/or lead meetings with management. - Proven ability to identify potential issues and risks and provide recommendations to process and procedures based on legal, regulatory and compliance directives - Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
