JOB SUMMARY:

Part-time. The Companion Aide / Homemaker performs tasks as specified by the care plan or Case Service Plan in client homes during a specified work period.  He / she functions independently with minimal supervision.  Care provided includes housekeeping tasks and personal care.  He / she serves as an observer and reporter of client status and / or changes in status to RN Supervisor or Department of Social Services Case Manager.<br>Required Skills <br>High school diploma or equivalency. Must have a valid SD drivers license.<br>
