<br>Summary:Provide support to manage credit and reputation risk for Meta Payment Systems, including that related with third party relationships.
<br>

<br>
<br>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
<br>
<br>
<br>
<br>* Recognize credit risks, present mitigating factors (if any), and offer appropriate credit solutions and structure
<br>* Assist in the creation and compilation of a monthly reporting package for Senior Management, highlighting results and variance analyses
<br>* Communicate with third parties and internal business units to obtain needed information, initially and ongoing
<br>* Perform necessary credit analysis
<br>* Spreadingstatements, forecasting, verifying business and industry trends, financial guarantor analysis, etc.
<br>* Assist with completion of due diligence reports and ongoing reviews as needed
<br>* Perform background investigations on all prospective clients and third parties
<br>* Maintain all third party records
<br>* Maintain all third party review information in MPM and other systems
<br>* Assist with developing and maintaining policies and procedures
<br>* Assist Third Party Risk Team Management with projects as needed
<br>* Assist various business units with projects as needed
<br>* Assist in development of business processes, systems and initiatives as needed.
<br>* Solicits new business and participates in community or other service programs to develop goodwill
<br>* Demonstrates personal commitment to excellence in sales and service to customers and other employees.
<br>* Actively participates in the bank's Performance Management System.
<br>* Supports and embraces bank values.
<br>* Maintains complete confidentiality with all bank business
<br>* Complies with all provisions of the Bank Security Act
<br>* Portrays leadership by exhibiting confidence in self and others, effectively influences actions and opinions of others, accepts feedback from others, and gives appropriate recognition to others.

<br>Education and/or Experience:Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; or 4 years credit or risk management experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

<br>* Must be proficient in Excel
