<br>Work as a team member on database administration and warehousing activities. Participates in the development and maintenance efforts for enterprise wide data management.
<br>
<br>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
<br>
<br>* Provides database technical support to assist with the implementation, troubleshooting, and production support of high-volume and high-availability SQL server environments.
<br>* Monitors the performance, security, integrity and quality of databases and associated master files; ensuring storage, archiving, backup and recovery procedures are functioning correctly; provides written database documentation.
<br>* Prepares and troubleshoots moderately complex SQL scripts.
<br>* Assists in identifying customers' needs and provides products and/or solutions that meet those needs.
<br>* Demonstrates personal commitment to excellence in support and service to customers and other colleagues.
<br>* Demonstrates customer service by responding promptly to customer needs, soliciting customer feedback for improvement and responding to requests for service and assistance.
<br>* Conduct business with strict adherence to bank policies and procedures.
<br>* Participates in the bank's Performance Management System.

<br>Education and/or Experience:Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; 1-2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

<br>Other Skills and Abilities: Technical skills must include MS SQL Server 2005/2008/2012, Reporting Services 2008/2012, OLAP cubes, Data Warehousing.
