JOB SUMMARY:

Job responsibilities include but not limited to: <br>• Industrial maintenance of production converting, assembly and packaging equipment.<br>• Troubleshooting, modification, fabrication, welding, and repair of plant equipment, utilities and processes.<br>• Work independently or with teams.<br>• Strong written and oral communication skills.<br>This position may require working;<br>• Rotating shifts<br>• Overtime<br>• Weekends<br>• Holidays as needed <br>Qualifications:<br>• Two year technical degree in a maintenance field or will complete a two year technical degree in a maintenance field within the next 6 months. <br>Preferred Qualifications:<br>• Associate's degree in a Technical discipline such as, Electro-Mechanics, Automation, Machinist, Automotive, Diesel Mechanic or Robotics<br>• Experience working with electrical equipment<br>• Industrial maintenance experience<br>• Experience troubleshooting and problem solving in a manufacturing environment<br>• Ability to operate, maintain, and repair tools and equipment <br>**Qualified applicants will be required to take and pass 3M testing as a part of the selection process.<br>Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status)<br>3M Maintenance Technician - 1307676<br>Organization: Safety &amp; Graphics Business Gro<br>Job Type: Production
