<br>DuPont Pioneer has an opening for a Strategic Account Manager in the Aberdeen, SD area.The Strategic Account Manager (SAM) role is responsible for implementing the direct sales process with selected Strategic Accounts and aiming to establish a sustainable business relationship, while coordinating the support team that will interact with each of the selected accounts.

<br>- Customer Face Time/Direct Grower Activities
<br>o Conducting Business Analysis Of Assigned Accounts
<br>o Executing Comprehensive Call Strategy
<br>o Delivering Precision Agronomy
<br>o Communicating Product Knowledge
<br>o Negotiating & Coordinating Value Proposition Delivery
<br>o Meet assigned unit and revenue targets
<br>
<br>- Internal Planning/Cross Functional Coordination
<br>o Develop Value Proposition To Assist Growers To Achieve Higher Productivity
<br>o Lead the Coordination of the Support Team To Deliver On Business Needs Analysis
<br>o Coordinate Customer Activities To Provide Support & Strengthen Relationship
<br>
<br>- Manage Invoice & Customer Service Delivery
<br>o Execute The Invoices Process To All Assigned Accounts
<br>o Coordinate The Delivery Of Precision Agronomy, Product Knowledge, and Agronomic Service
<br>
<br>- Primary Account Coverage
<br>o Responsible for managing a list of 15-25 Strategic Accounts stretching across 1 to 2 company defined Sales Areas
<br>
<br>- Additional Management Functions O
<br>o Understand customer needs and provide feedback to the organization on product performance, program effectiveness, and competitive activity. Suggest improvements or alternative tactics to help achieve commercial area and territory goals.
<br>
<br>o Continue to develop professionally by remaining current with new technologies, management innovations, and sales management developments.
<br>Education: Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Business, Marketing required, will consider other degrees with related field sales experience.
<br>
<br>Experience: 7 years of Ag sales or field agronomy experience, managing and coaching individuals.

<br> Crop protection product offerings that are utilized in primary crop markets

<br> Environmental, regulatory, and stewardship requirements for the various technology products

<br> Using computer hardware software/intranet to generate reports, territory plans, inventory data, and to complete administrative duties
