JOB SUMMARY:
Position: Cemetery Maintenance Worker<br>Definition of Class:<br>Under supervision of the Cemetery Sexton and full time cemetery worker. Responsible for assisting cemetery workers in the maintenance of Riverside Memorial Cemetery.<br>Desired Minimum Qualifications:<br>Possess a valid driver's license. Be able to follow oral and written orders. Be able to work well with co-workers and possess an interest in the outdoors and the care of park type equipment. Must be 18 years of age. Some weekend work may be required.<br>Example of Duties:<br>Mowing and trimming of cemetery areas.<br>Assisting cemetery workers in special projects.<br>Assisting in the general upkeep of cemetery areas.<br>Salary: $9.00 per hour, with an additional $.25 per hour for every year of service with the department with a maximum wage of $10.00.
