Specific Skill Requirements and Essential Job Functions: Basic education (high school) plus one year customer service, security, or other related experience or a combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills are acquired. Basic first aid training with CPR and AED required. Driver’s License with clean driving record. Ability to deal with guests and personnel in a courteous, efficient and authoritative manner and the ability to maintain composure in difficult situations. Good communication skills, both oral and written. Ability to fill out reports, and report verbally to supervisors. Ability to maintain confidentiality of records and investigations.
