Senior Accounting Clerk


Some of the responsibilities:
* Prepare accounting transactions, such as accounts receivables, accounts payables, or petty cash, in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
* Coordinate necessary documentation to support accounting transactions.
* Prepare accounting transactions for review by Accounting Manager or Controller
* Generate the outputs required to complete the transactions such as print AP checks, credit memos, invoices.
* File accounting transactions per departamental procedures.
* Generates and maintains data integrity and confidentiality for departamental reports.
* Work with receiving / purchasing to resolve quantity / pricing issues.
* Ensure receipt of monthly bills / coding.
* Process weekly check run.
* Process travel expense reports.
* Resolve statements / outstanding checks.
* Issue 1099''s
* Prepare physical inventory






Job Requirements


* 5+ years of experience
* Manufacturing experience
* Spreadsheet experience
* Communication skills
* Excellent personal organization
* Good interpersonal skills
