ORGANIZATIONAL LOCATION:  Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Indian Health Service (IHS), PHS Indian Health Facility, Office of the Area Director, Aberdeen Area Youth Regional Treatment Center (AAYRTC), in Wakpala, South Dakota.
