This position is located at Yongsan Middle School/Teen Program.
This position is open for Korea-wide only. Applicants who live outside of Korea will not be eligible to apply.

Job Summary:

The Assistant Director will assist management with program oversight, administrative duties and training and observations of staff as needed; they will ensure that the facility and environments are safe and nurturing and conducive to supporting the development of staff and each child as mandated by Army and national standards. They will act as the liaison between the CYPAs and management and will follow the directions of parents and supervisors to ensure that each child’s needs are met; they will complete all required trainings in accordance with their Individual Development Plan (IDP) as a condition of employment and will demonstrate competency in their job. The assistant director will mentor new staff and model appropriate behavior and guidance techniques. The assistant director will adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures and program and Army or garrison policies.
