Telemetry Analyst

JOB SUMMARY:
Reporting directly to Technology Dept. Manager, the Telemetry Data Analyst oversees data acquisition and analysis to solve field reliability issues. The position is responsible for utilizing and enhancing existing technology in order to drive continued improvement in rental fleet performance and reliability. Proactive review and analysis of automated reports from telemetry is a fundamental responsibility. Daily communication of alarms, trends and mechanical issues to fleet field operations in a proactive manner is required in order to promote reliability and aid the Field Service Supervisor in managing rental fleet costs. It is estimated that each analyst will be responsible for monitoring the data gathered on 150-200 active CSI rental fleet compressors. The analyst will be responsible for determining severity of issues, issue job ticket as needed with recommended repair and time frame to operations group. Distribution of time for this position is expected to be 100% in the office.
