This position is located in the Utilities and Energy Management (UEM) Division at Public Works Department (PWD) located in Millington, TN for Naval Facilities Engineering Command Midwest (NAVFAC MW).  The purpose of this position is to serve as the PWD UEM Branch Manager and engineer responsible for performing duties relating to utilities and energy engineering, management and program planning.  He/She will report to the PWD Production Officer who, in turn, reports to the PWD Public Works Officer.
