The incumbent serves as a Lead Analyst in the NPC Records Section (PERS-312A), Records Analysis Branch (PERS-312), Records Management and Benefits Division (PERS-31), Personnel Information Management Department (PERS-3), Navy Personnel Command, which processes a large variety of officer/enlisted records support and personnel actions.
