This position is located at William Beaumont Army Medical Center in the Department of Medicine-Endocrinology Service at Fort Bliss, El Paso, Texas.

In this position you will primarily function as a full time clinician in the Endocrinology Clinic and perform Endrocrine consults. You will diagnose and manage a full spectrum of Endocrine disorders to include, but not limited to, hypo and hyperthyroidism, thyroid cancer, diabetes mellitus, bone health, disorders of bone metabolism and hormonal disorders.  Management prefers board certification in Internal Medicine with an endocrinology specialty.

Medical malpractice liability insurance is not required for federal civilian healthcare providers as they are covered by the Federal Tort Claims Act (28 U.S.C. § 1346(b)) while acting within the scope of their employment.
