This is a Standing Register vacancy. It will be used to fill a variety of Recreation Aid positions at various MWR facilities, as needed.

 

Ft. Bliss Desert Strike Lanes:

• Works cash register
• Issue lanes and rents shoes
• Keeps work area clean

 

Ft. Bliss RV Park:

• Maintain park (cuts grass, pulls weeds, picks up trash)
• Cleans bathrooms
• Assist customers with RV park information

 

Ft. Bliss Golf Course

• Picks up golf ball on driving range
• Makes minor repairs on golf carts
• Assist customers

 

Ft. Bliss Civilian Wellness & Tennis Center

• Issues equipment
• Maintains facility cleanliness
• Assists customers with general information about facilities

 

Framing Bliss

• Assist customers selecting frames for picturres/artwork
• Works cash registers
• Maintain cleanliness of work area

 

Outdoor Recreation/Biggs Park

• Works paintball fields, tango tower
• Assists Recreation Specialists with outdoor activities (mountain biking, rock climbing, camping)
• Answers phones
• Takes reservations

 

*Performs other duties as assigned.

**Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
