About the Position:

The incumbent will serve as an attorney working under the general supervision of the Chief, Contract and Fiscal Law, Office of the Staff Judge Advocate (OSJA), Medical Command (MEDCOM). The incumbent will render legal opinions involving the entire technical field of contract and fiscal law as applied to specific cases. Assignments are carried out independently to include planning the approach, investigating the facts, researching the law, developing the response, and delivering the completed work in correct and final form.
