About the Position:
Becoming a Military Technician allows you to experience the best of two worlds by taking advantage of the opportunity to become a Citizen Soldier in the US Army Reserve Military Technician program. This enables you to receive full civil service benefits and military reserve benefits. Military Technicians are a vital link between the US Army Reserves and civil service and are one of the most important keys to combat readiness.

This position is located at: United States Army Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations Command, 451 Civil Affairs Battalion, 321 Civil Affairs Brigade, 350 Civil Affairs Command, Houston, Texas.

About the Surrounding Area: In its 175-year history, the city founded near the banks of Buffalo Bayou has grown from the capitol of the Republic (1837 to 1840) to the fourth-largest city in the nation. What began with 6,642 acres has expanded into nearly 600 square miles, bringing with it a rich history that’s jam-packed with interesting facts, must-see sites and experiences to enjoy.
