Traffic Clerk

JOB SUMMARY:
A traffic clerk makes sure items and goods are shipped and received to the proper destination. Duties of a traffic clerk depends on the size of the establishment worked and the amount of software that records the data. Some common duties of a traffic clerk include preserve records and information on weight, destination and traffic of all incoming and outgoing goods and keeping up with the rates and charges of shipping the goods. Other duties include addressing and stamping mail, and making arrangements to ship goods to other locations.Have some knowledge on the import/export process and if possible know the regulations for transferring goods into and from mexico.
Have good pc skills and have worked in an office environment.
Experience working in a forwarding agency not required but preferred.
