Traffic Coordinator

JOB SUMMARY:
Oversees the operation of machinery that sleeves, bands and sorts postal trays of mail for mailing. Monitors and adjusts staff work load. Coordinate projects through the production process. Responsible for completion of all postal paperwork to accompany mail deliveries to the post office, communicating issues with workflow to the Production Supervisor when necessary.
Bachelors Degree Equivalent Experience required. Ideal skills include: Basic math aptitude. Manual dexterity. Good oral and written communication skills. Ability to lift and carry 45 to 50 lbs. Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines. Ability to analyze and problem solve. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Leadership ability.
