Requirements: High School Diploma or GED. Minimum age 18.

<br>Employer Preference: CNA license. Healthcare experience.
<br>
<br>Employer Note: A pre-employment background check and drug screen will be done by the employer. Pass a post hire TB test which will also be done by the employer.
<br>
<br>Job Duties: Communicate effectively both verbal and written in english to interact with an all english speaking clientele and for job instructions/training. Assist residents with transfers from wheel chair to chair or exam table. Follow residents to health care appointments. May work on Saturday to accompany resident to dialysis appointments. Act as a liaison with facility and healthcare provider. Assist with personal care as needed.

<br>Schedule: Monday through Friday, Part-time 2 to 20 hours/week, will fluctuate.
