Primary Responsibilities * Interact with customers, via inbound calls, responding to requests for information and assistance with their brokerage accounts to include description of account features, communicating account balances, and executing efficient and accurate stock trades * Engage in insightful conversations with clients regarding economic market conditions as well as various markets such as equity, fixed income, and international * Lead customers toward defined solutions applicable to their situation while unlocking unstated needs. * Effectively use on-line resources, including Fidelity.com and Microsoft Windows-based workstation to execute trades, account distributions, provide account balance and transaction information, discuss Fidelityapos;apos;s wide range of products and services, and provide market news and quotes Click here to watch a video about our roles Education and Experience (preferred but not required) * Associates and/or Bachelors Degree * Financial Services experience or an affinity towards learning about the industry * Series 7 and/or 63 Skills and Knowledge * Excellent consultative, rapport-building and communications skills * Strong mathematical and analytical skills * Basic market knowledge and/or desire to become a subject-matter expert in the financial services industry * Ability to contribute in a team-oriented environment and adjust to change while multi-tasking in a busy financial service center * Demonstrated influencing and/or selling skills preferred but not required About Fidelity Investments Fidelity Investments is one of the worldamp;#39;s largest providers of financial services.
