JOB SUMMARY:

In addition to being responsible for the security of Lakeview patients, personnel, and visitors, the building and grounds, this position is accountable for a variety of routine preventive maintenance duties in the repair or modification of building equipment and facilities. Duties to Include: Lock and unlock hospital doors; patrol inside/outside of hospital and Medical Office Building; respond and investigate various situations; complete daily safety survey; hold monthly fire drills; respond to codes; escort patients and employees to cars; assisting visitors and patients around hospital; transport patients; snow removal; lost and found; meeting set-ups; check fire extinguishers; etc. Qualifications 1 or more years of safety/security experience preferred Must be able to fiill out reports Must have strong people and communication skills
