The Shift Supervisor is responsible and accountable for effectively supervising the overall operation of a scheduled shift. This position is an entry-level management position in our organization. A Shift Supervisor provides excellent guest service and controls food labor paper waste inventory reconciliation and cash handling within the guidelines set forth by the Company. Assists the Restaurant Manager in the planning organizing directing and controlling of the restaurant operations and maintain product quality operational standards as set forth by the Company and Corporate affiliates. Excellent customer service skills sense of urgency/hustle professionalism and ability to manage others are required skills for this position.
