JOB SUMMARY:
Large furniture store in Box Elder County is currently seeking a Store Manager. Interested candidates must possess the following employment experience and skills in order to be considered: EXPERIENCE - Previous business and employee management experience A MUST. - Sales experience (furniture sales a plus, but not necessary - company is willing to train the right candidate). - Experience managing and securing inventory. SKILLS: - Excellent customer service skills, including problem solving and conflict resolution. - Excellent organizational and team building. - Sound knowledge of business practices. - Computer proficiency, great typing skills and accuracy for data input. - Proactive and competent; motivated for business to succeed. - Impeccable work ethic, trustworthy. No traveling required. Position is full-time, NO benefits, with overtime hours expected on a regular basis. Salary is base pay plus commission, and is negotiable No traveling is required.
