JOB SUMMARY:

Front End Manager / Human Resources Manager needed for a Cedar City area store. Work directly under and report to the Chief Operating Officer (COO)/Vice President and supervise 3 to 6 departments within the company. Direct, assist and train all employees in sales techniques, customer service techniques and company policies. Monitor and report results to COO. Report Regularly to COO concerning all aspects of employee performance, training, certification and evaluation. Administer Human Resource (HR) responsibilities as outlined in company policy including but not limited to: A. Scheduling of all non-pharmacy employees B. Interview and make hiring recommendations to COO of all job applicants C. Evaluate and when necessary discipline all current employees. Supervise all security issues: A. Provide regular training to all employees on security measures and policies B. Supervise maintenance of all security equipment. Act as a part of and work with the rest of the management team to further enhance the profitability of the company. 10. Requirements/Qualifications: * Retail experience required * Management experience preferred * Personnel experience preferred Wage is negotiable, depending on experience. Full-time position, 32-40 hours per week. Benefits include: Retirement, vacation, health insurance, holiday pay.
