We Have Something Special Inside, Do You? The Revenue Specialist will be responsible for accurately processing trade claim for assigned customers. This person will need to form strong relationships with their sales co-workers, customers and other members of the revenue team. This position will be based out of our Cottonwood Heights, UT location and is a dynamic role where you can leverage your customer service skill set and intellectual curiosity to help a growing business. In this role you will be responsible for: - Validating accuracy of contracts and the trade system - Accurately process trade claims in SAP and trade system - Resolve pricing discrepancies - Accurate and timely application of cash receipts - Validate trade accruals - Collection of past due invoices and invalid deductions - Establish cross-functional relationships to respond to needs of the business - Contributing to the financial success of Dannon by increasing amp;apos;free cash flowamp;apos;. - Improve DSO by identifying unpaid invoices and resolving customer issues impacting payment frequency. - Partner with Sales to lead an aggressive and focused collection effort of invalid deductions. - Ensure internal control and financial integrity over the revenue management process. - Ensure that transactions in the revenue process are recorded consistent with internal policies amp;amp; accounting rules. - Communicate control violations to appropriate parties - Focus on value added activities within the revenue management process to improve the business. - Deliver the best service to internal and external customers. - Educate and partner with the sales team in managing their financial requirements. The ideal candidate will have: - Bacheloramp;apos;s Degree or 3 years of related work experience - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills - Strong communication and customer service skills - Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment - Experience with multiple systems -- financial, trade, order, warehouse - Strong analytical skills - Accounts receivable amp;amp; collections helpful - Credit/Collections experience preferred - Financial analysis experience - SAP, Trade systems and MS Access knowledge amp;amp; experience helpful About us: The Dannon Company is Americaamp;apos;s founding national yogurt company and continually leverages its expertise to develop and market innovative cultured fresh dairy products in the United States.
