JOB SUMMARY:
We have an immediate direct support staff postition open in Fillmore, Ut. Person will work 15-20 hours per week providing supports to individuals with disabilities. Supports provided include transportation, community inclusion, daily life skills, redirect behaviors and employment supports. Will complete daily logs of services provided as well as monthly progress reports. Preference will be given to applicants that have current First Aid and CPR training.
