JOB SUMMARY:
BPSI is seeking a qualified Program Coordinator IIA reporting to the UT National Guard, Camp Riverton, Riverton, UT and/or Draper Headquarters, Draper, UT. Successful candidate shall provide professional expertise, program coordination and data quality analyst service in support of the Medical Management Processing System. Candidate shall be knowledgeable and proficient in the methodologies and requirements inherent to MMPS and provide suggestions, recommendations, and tracking on revised techniques/methods to correct program deficiencies. MMPS includes all aspects of medical readiness (case management, health systems administration, medical records, medical operations, etc.) Duties will include but are not limited to: ? Provide support to the UTARNG throughout each phase of the Deployment Cycle (Before, During, and After). Contractor shall have a monthly team meeting with the Senior Case Manager, DSS, and applicable attendees monitor MMPS systems and processes, provide recommendations for improvement, and track progress. ? Coordinate with MMPS staff to provide compliance reports, deliver suggestions and briefings regarding protocol and standards, and monitor methods for improvement. ? All medical documentation is reviewed and scanned or submitted to the appropriate office. ? Information for consults and follow-up interview are reviewed, documented in appropriate databases, and reported. ? Inform Soldiers, units, and chain of concern of resources available designed to improve medical and dental readiness. ? Maintain Soldier medical records and military correspondence in accordance with (IAW) Army Regulation ? Compose routine correspondence, including e-mail, and complete correspondence in the correct format. ? Provide the State Patient Administration (PAD) Officer or delegate with all relevant medical/dental documentation within the established timeframe. ? Qualifications: ? Highly desired Bachelor degree or 5 years demonstrated practical experience , as well as demonstrated practical experience in the area of expertise program/project coordination, business, administration, and data quality analysis, information management. ? Desired Lean Six Sigma/process improvement training and/or certification. ? Proficiency in organizational skills especially in relation to tracking, databases, excel, reporting; must be self-motivated and able to work autonomously with minimal supervision. ? Possess additional Army/Air Guard practical experience directly related to the requirements of the Task Order, has a working understanding of the position functions and has sufficient knowledge to perform the work of the position described in the Task Order. Desired 2 years experience with MMPS. Knowledge of Army medical regulations and State Surgeon operations and procedures. ? Knowledge of medical terminology and health care delivery systems. ? Required license and/or certification requirements related to this Task Order are the responsibility of the contractor, as well as any continuing education to maintain required license/certification. ? The Contractor shall comply with the following Government directives in order to successfully complete the tasks: ? National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) is required and favorable completion of FBI fingerprint History Check. Required Skill Set: ? Ability to perform in-depth process and case file reviews. ? Strong communication skills, written, verbal, and interpersonal to present findings and recommendations, ? Able to work in teams and manage time and projects. ? Must be detail oriented, have good problem solving, research skills and understand the importance and benefits of data quality. ? Ability to work independently and collaboratively with colleagues, providers, Soldiers, and unit personnel. ? Must be proficient in the use of Power Point, Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook.
