JOB SUMMARY:
Paralegal/Processor needed to work in Draper. Will manage a case load of clients and reach out to nation-wide lenders on our client's behalf and ensure all proper documentation and required materials are complete. Paralegal are required to provide our clients with a weekly update on the status of their mortgage modification for the longevity of the client's relationship with our firm. A quick and constantly evolving industry requires our Paralegal to think outside of the box as well as provide superior service and empathy to our clients in their time of need. Careful tracking and self management is a must to be successful. This is a full time position Monday through Friday. Requirements: * Previous Paralegal/Processor experience. * Ability to work successfully in a fast paced environment. * Extensive knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite. * Ability to multi-task. * One who can self manage their workload. * Previous Customer Service experience. * Banking or Mortgage industry experience is a plus.
