Over half of our Sales Agents choose to work in the privacy of their own home after training making Base+ plus commission. Taking inbound sales calls for a variety of name brand products. This position will be a minimum of 16 hours a week, with the oportunity to work up to 30 hours. This is a Week-end Only position. Primary Duties and Responsibilities ?Provide excellent customer service at all times ?Receive call from potential customers ?Offer up-sells ?Answering client questions regarding programs ?Attends all training as required ?Performs other related duties and assignments as required and as assigned Position Requirements / Experience ?MUST be able to work weekends. ?Inbound phone experience preferred ?Excellent phone and communication skills ?Proficient computer skills ?Ability to navigate through multiple programs ?Adaptable to coaching and mentoring ?Excellent follow-up skills ?Excellent active listening skills ?Adaptable to change ?Strong attention to detail ?Strong desire to help others succeed ?Strong desire to be the best ?Highly motivated ?Ability to follow script ?Able to attend team meetings outside of your scheduled shift ?Reliable ?Flexible schedule, able to work weekends and night shift if possible
