JOB SUMMARY:
**** This is a temporary position. We're looking for candidates to support the HealthEquity Service Delivery team through our high volume season. We anticipate this temporary position to last until mid-February 2013. Customer Service Summary: HealthEquity's customer service philosophy and approach is integral to its success. The customer service positions work with our Member Services, Client Services, and Reimbursement Accounts departments to deliver superior service and education to our employers, brokers, and members. These specialists work to build trust and rapport with our valued employers, brokers, and members by providing vital solutions to healthcare spending. This group takes the lead in providing a delightful experience for every person who contacts HealthEquity via phone, email, and fax or in person. They operate with an entrepreneurial spirit and are dedicated to operational excellence, team member development and redefining possibilities. Additional Duties: 1. Accelerate company growth by thinking beyond the norm and contributing new ideas. Data Processing Summary: HealthEquity is looking for bright and dependable processors to join the seasonal team. The Data Processing functions will include aspects of processing reimbursement claims and fund transactions for various accounts. This posisitons will include various aspects of data entry, faxing, and mailing. A high level of dependability, accuracy, and output will be required to ensure the team's maximum efficiency. Additional Duties: 1. Responsible for sorting, opening and delivering daily mail volumes 2. Data import into internal logs 3. Scan and process deposit items through our deposit recording system 4. Scan and route documents through our document tracking system 5. Ensure accuracy with data entry into our systems through cross referencing and comparing systems 6. Other duties as assigned Qualifications: 1. Well-organized and detail-orientated professional 2. Excellent oral and written communication skills 3. Accurate data entry / processing skills 4. Experience working in a customer service environment 5. Strong ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and proficiency in all aspects of account maintenance. 6. Highly motivated to "get the work done" and contribute to the team in any capacity 7. Able to acquire the expertise, knowledge and information to effectively solve the position's issues.
