Trinity Services Group is accepting applications for people with backgrounds in the supervision and production of high volume food, and/or management experience. This position is a Cook Supervisor managing up to 25 inmates at a time in the preperation, cooking and serving of up to 1700 meals 3 times a day at the Davis County Jail. This position is a Full Time position 35-40 hours a week. A Full Criminal Background Check and a Polygraph are required to be hired for this postition and allowed entry into the Davis County Jail. The Criminal Background and Polygraph must be completed before employment can be granted. Pay depends on experience and starts at $12.00 - $13.00 per hour, if qualified. We are the world's largest food service contractor and offer many benefits to our employees. All applicants must be confortable working inside a correctional facility and managing inmate workers. Must be able to work evenings, early mornings, weekends and holidays!
