Job Descriptions: As a First Assistant Manager you will have the opportunity to support the Store Manager on the key responsibilities listed below. This challenging and rewarding role will provide the opportunity to gain management experience to support your growth and retail skills. e key responsibilities include: ? Leading and Inspiring a team focused on customer obsession and driving and achieving results; ? Leading talent selection, associate development and retention; ? Managing the business through visual presentation and sound operational practices. ? Generating sales and profits and managing expenses. ? Driving new ideas, sharing information with others and creating solutions to problems. Our Assistant Managers are responsible for assisting the store manager in driving sales and motivating sales associates. Assistant Manager candidates must have 1 year customer service and supervisory experience. All candidates must be able to work varied hours and days, including weekends, as business dictates.
