Davis Behavioral Health, Inc. is seeking a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join the Children Youth Mental Health team in its outpatient clinic located on the Layton/Kaysville border. Minimum Qualifications: Master of Social Work degree from an accredited university. Must be licensed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Utah. Due to billing restrictions and possible CSW supervision functions associated with this position, DBH is only interested in interviewing fully licensed LCSWs. Davis Behavioral Health utilizes an electronic medical record, which requires proficiency in computer-related skills. Meeting monthly face-to-face service expectations and productivity standards is also required.
