JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for an individual that has experience with: mowing, weedeating (able to weedeat without causing damage to surrounding homes/skirting), sprinkler systems, general home maintenance (plumbing, painting, patching, etc), snow removal, pool maintenance, dealing with water breaks (culinary and secondary), cement/asphalt, etc. This individual will be drug free, clean back ground, detail oriented, problem solver, functions well under pressure, team player, reliable, honest, able to follow instructions and stay on task while working alone, willing to learn. Must be able to be "on call".
