Title: Treasury Mgmt Technical Sales Consultant 5 Location: Utah-UT-Layton Other Locations: Colorado-CO-Denver, Washington-WA-Seattle, Oregon-OR-Portland, CA-CA-San Francisco Job Number:_120000495 **POSITION CAN BE FILLED IN LOS ANGELES, SAN FRANCISCO, DENVER, PORTLAND OR SEATTLE** JOB SUMMARY Provide detail, in-depth product support to Treasury Management Consultants and Relationship Managers with the sales and implementation of the full suite of treasury management receivables services. This support includes pre-proposal discussion either in-person, via webinar or via conference call, proposal preparation assistance, pricing recommendation and implementation support. They will work closely with Product Management, Operations and Development to ensure an ongoing knowledge of new and planned developments of supported products. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: 1. Assist TMCs in the identification and qualification of prospects for the receivables product set. -Provide updated documentation of key qualifying features 2. Assist in proposal preparation -Participate in pre-proposal discussion to better understand customer needs in order to shape preferred solution -Coordinate bid pricing with input from TMC, RM, Operations and Product Management as needed -Provide customer presentations as required to further sales effort 3. Assist in implementation of new business sold -Participate and often lead preliminary discussions with customer to document specific operating requirements -Communicate customer requirements to Operations, Systems and Product Management as required -Prepare required implementation documentation 4. Provide in-person, telephone and webinar support for all stages of the sales cycle -Participate and often lead discussions with customers regarding product features and capabilities of ? Qualifications: Basic Qualifications - Bacheloramp;#39;s degree, or equivalent work experience - 7 years Treasury Management experience SKILL REQUIREMENTS: 1. Communication: Effective speaking and writing skills, ability to listen and understand customer requirements 2. Problem Solving: Adaptable to change, problem awareness and resolution, innovative 3. Administrative: Ability to prioritize, well organized, good time management skills 5. Personal Effectiveness: Detail and results oriented, self-starter TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: 1. Deep / expert knowledge of bank products, operations, treasury management products and services 2. PC literate in software applicable to Treasury Management 3.
