JOB SUMMARY:
Assistant Manager needed for Lehi Retail Store. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Identify and helps implement strategies and initiatives to achieve and exceed business goals. Monitor sales floor and zone coverage to drive sales and maintain customer focus through the Sales Generation Manager program. Supervise and follow-up daily goals and tasks of Floor Supervisors, Sales Associates, and Cashiers. Training and development of Floor Supervisors, Sales Associates, and Cashiers. Manage implementation execution of all company initiatives within the store. Visual presentation, including planning, implementation/execution, adjustments and feedback on strategies. Utilizes performance appraisals and coaching to effectively develop staff. Effectively proactively recruits and develops bench strength. Builds positive morale in store.
