JOB SUMMARY:
The Inside Sales Consultant works in tandem with the outside sales force to provide customers with enterprise level solutions with responsibilities throughout all stages of the sales cycle, from lead generation through to Implementation. The Inside Sales Consultant helps drive regional sales results and is accountable to meet established targets. This position interfaces with multiple departments across the organization, to represent customer and sales force interests, including product satisfaction and general requirements. The candidate selected for this role should be prepared to move into a field sales role within as little as 12 months time. Essential Functions Responsible for meeting and exceeding sales quota within assigned territory Provide price quotes and informational requests as needed within the assigned sales territories for both core ILS and non-core products. Proactively sell multiple types of customer purchases within a defined scope and size threshold and manages the customer sales cycle from beginning to end for these projects. Become proficient in configuration of software add-on, hardware, service and training bundles to supplement existing projects and create up sell opportunities for new projects Provide initial qualification of leads within SalesForce and moves leads to accounts for further action by Field Sales Rep or Inside Sales Rep. Complete proactive marketing and lead generation tasks (by phone, email, etc) as assigned by sales management. Utilise SalesForce to regularly updates leads, accounts, opportunities, tasks, etc related to the customers with their assigned territories. Compile statistical information and generates pipeline reports as required within assigned territories. Tracks supplies and promotional sales numbers on monthly basis. Coordinate customer assurance issues as needed, including PO receipt, order tracking, crediting, and invoicing Work with both Client Care and Implementation Services to ensure customer satisfaction with all purchases Required Experience, Knowledge and Skills Degree level education in Business or a related field Fluent in French (proficiency will be tested) 1-3 years commissioned sales experience in a technical field Organized, self-sufficient, self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a territory team Comfortable with large amounts of phone and email/computer usage Ability to perform analysis of customer information and use the information to propose appropriate products and services Efficient using a computer and Microsoft Office applications Ability to manage many individual tasks simultaneously Ability to travel 2-4 times per year Comfortable explaining technology including software and hardware Excellent written and verbal communication skills The ideal candidate will be able to relocate anywhere in the US within 12-18 months All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, creed, color, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, veteran status, sex or age.
